At Stilinski, we stand behind every piece — whether handcrafted, carefully sourced, or acquired through estate sales and auctions. Terms vary by item type.

Handcrafted & Made-to-Order — Final sale. Made specifically for you. Defects on our end are remade/repaired at no charge.

Ready-to-Ship Sourced Pieces — Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Must be unworn, undamaged, in original packaging.

One-of-a-Kind & Estate Pieces — Final sale, sold as-is. All condition details disclosed in listing.

Earrings — Always final sale for hygiene reasons.

To return: Email stiles0x@gmail.com within 14 days with order number. Ship back insured. Refunds processed in 5–7 business days.

Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos — we'll fix it at no cost.

Shipping fees non-refundable. Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless item is defective.
